Andrée Jeglertz has been shortlisted for October's Barclays WSL Manager of the Month award.

Our Head Coach has guided City to another unbeaten month in the Barclays Women’s Super League, with seven points taken from a possible nine.

We began October with a 4-2 win over Arsenal at the Etihad Stadium, with the Blues twice coming from behind to ultimately earn a statement victory.

VOTE FOR ANDRÉE

A thrilling 3-2 win against Brighton followed at the Joie Stadium, before the WSL champions earned a 1-1 draw at Manchester United to round off the month.

Only goal difference separates us from current league leaders Chelsea, with City unbeaten in all competitions heading into a busy fixture period.

And those exploits have seen Jeglertz recognised with a spot on October’s Manager of the Month shortlist.

The Swede won the award three times in his debut campaign at the helm, with victories in November, December and January setting a new WSL record in the process.

Jeglertz is up against Chelsea boss Sonia Bompastor, London City Lionesses’ Eder Maestre and Aston Villa’s Brian Sorensen for October’s award.

Voting closes at 11:00 (UK) on Monday 9 November, with the winner announced on Thursday 12 November.

Congratulations to Andrée on being shortlisted for October’s Manager of the Month!
