The England pair are working back towards full fitness, with Mead absent since our 4-2 win over Arsenal at the beginning of October.
Charles, meanwhile, was absent from the squad who beat London City Lionesses last time out, and Jeglertz confirmed that both were in partial training ahead of Saturday’s 12:45 (UK) showdown at the Joie Stadium.
Our Head Coach didn’t rule out their availability this weekend, but with one eye on the looming fixture schedule, he did add that a final decision wouldn’t be made until Friday’s session.
“We need to assess and see tomorrow where they are,” he said.
“But both of them are are partially in our sessions and they are on their way.
“So we will see how far they will get during these coming days.
“We have five games in two weeks but three games first that we need to make sure we get a good plan. So, we will see when they can be fully ready to play again.”
Vivianne Miedema returned to training earlier this week ahead of five matches in just 15 days, including two European away trips.
The Dutch international’s last game was the 2026 FA Cup final almost six months ago, and Jeglertz made it clear that she wouldn’t be rushed back.
Despite being patient with her return, the Swede did add that having a player of Miedema’s calibre close to selection was a major boost.
Jeglertz said: “She was one of our definitely key players last year. Involved in a lot of things in our attacking.
“So of course, it’s an amazing player that we are just looking forward to when she is back but we also know that we need to take it step by step.
“Both making sure we don’t push her too much but on the same hand we want her back as soon as possible.
“But we will see, hopefully she’s also not that far away. It’s a great group working together and they love to be with each other both on and off the pitch.
“And when they see other people coming back it gives everybody a boost and we are definitely going to need them in this challenging period that is coming now.”
