Watch brief highlights of our Carabao Cup victory over Brighton.
Our fourth round tie went all the way to penalties before City progressed in a nail-biting shootout.
The Seagulls twice took the lead and were twice pegged back with Mateo Kovačić and Vitor Reis on target.
After both sides smashed in their first three penalties, Kovačić had his effort saved.
But Gerónimo Rulli stepped up as the hero, first saving from Yasin Ayari in front of the Pep Guardiola Stand.
And when Rayan Cherki fired in City’s fourth spot-kick, Rulli dived full-length to keep out Lewis Dunk to send us through.
