The date and kick-off time is subject to change, with confirmation of the fixture to be on mancity.com and the Official Man City App in due course.

When was our previous encounter?

Our most recent clash with Spurs was in March, in which we welcomed them to the Joie Stadium for another important game en route to lifting the WSL title.

And it was certainly a day to remember for Bunny Shaw who set the record for the quickest hat-trick in WSL history, with our number nine needing just 21 minutes to put us in a commanding lead.

City went on to win the game 5-2 with Kerolin and an Amanda Nilden own goal completing the scoring as goals for Olivia Holdt and Beth England proved to be just consolations.

What to expect from Spurs

Martin Ho is in his second season managing Tottenham and his team are once again an impressive outfit.

They commit bodies forward and have attacking threats all over the pitch, which has seen them tally a handful of different goalscorers in Holdt, Victoria Pelova, Nilden and Cathinka Tandberg to name a few.

Spurs are also a side who’ll fight until the end, scoring the most goals in the second half of WSL matches this season.

What it means

For a team looking to retain a title, every league fixture is important, but the placement of the Spurs fixture makes it a key marker in our campaign.

It will be our final game before an international break, and is the last of six matches across a busy November.

Three successive away trips to Inter, Chelsea and BK Hacken before it mean the players will need your support to help get us over the line.

AUSTRIA WIEN

When do we play them?

City welcome the Austrian Champions to the Joie Stadium on Wednesday 16 December, with kick-off set for 20:00 (UK) in what will be another exciting night of European action.

When was our previous encounter?

History will be made on the Wednesday evening when we face the Austrian side for the first time.

What to expect from Austria Wien

They are most certainly a side that cannot be overlooked, with Austria Wien unfortunate not to walk away with more than a point in their 1-1 draw with Inter Milan.

Indeed, they were pegged back in second half stoppage time against the Italians, having also been edged out by a single goal against Chelsea on their European debut.

Defensively, they are compact and organised which makes them a difficult opponent to penetrate.

They can be clinical at the other end though, having already scored 25 times in eight games this season.

What it means

With it being our final League Phase game, three points could be vital in our final standing in the table.

The top four teams of the 18 taking part in the League Phase will automatically qualify for the quarter-finals, with those ranking 5th-12th entering a two-legged play-off.

The bottom six teams are eliminated.

EVERTON

When do we play them?

Our clash with the Toffees will take place at 14:00 (UK) on Sunday 20 December, subject to change.

When was our previous encounter?

All three of our games against Everton last season were tight affairs. The most recent, at the Joie Stadium in January, saw City run out with a 2-0 win.

Goals from Kerolin and Vivianne Miedema either side of half-time sealed an 11th successive league victory.

What to expect from Everton

Scott Phelan is certainly enjoying his first stint as the Toffees Head Coach, with his team in fifth with nine points.

Defensively, Everton have been solid, with City loanee Naomi Layzell contributing to them conceding just four goals in five games.

They’ve scored as many and boast a 100% home record this season.

What it means

Our meeting with Everton will be our final game of what has already been an incredible 2026.

Jeglertz and the squad will fight relentlessly to earn a win to top off the calendar year with a bang before a well-deserved winter break.

UNITED

When do we play them?

We take on United at the Etihad Stadium on the weekend of Sunday 14 February, with the Manchester derby set to take place at 14:30 (UK).

When was our previous encounter?

Our last Manchester derby was an incredible day out at Old Trafford in March which saw City run out with a 3-0 win.

It was our Dutch duo Vivianne Miedema and Kerstin Casparij on the scoresheet with the former bagging a brace in a clinical, composed and dominating performance by Jeglertz’s side.

We’d also previously beaten United by the same scoreline at the Etihad Stadium in November 2025!

What to expect from United

Under new leadership in Eva Olid, it took the Red Devils a little time to adjust, but they’ve since won each of their last two WSL matches heading into the international break.

Olid is looking to implement a possession-based style of play in which they build out from the back.

And after back-to-back defeats to start the campaign, seven points have followed in their last three WSL matches as they begin to find some rhythm.

How important is the clash?

Very! Alongside the opportunity to claim bragging rights against our cross-city rivals, every game in the latter stages of the season matter that little bit more.

Only seven WSL matches remain after our clash with United and, should we progress in Europe and the FA Cup, it’ll come in the midst of a busy fixture schedule which could define our season.
