View the best images as fans enjoyed the first-ever Medlock Square Fanzone!

On Sunday afternoon, Barclays Women’s Super League champions Manchester City hosted Arsenal at the Etihad Stadium in our first of two games to be held at the Men’s home this season. 

And on such an occasion, it felt only right that we hosted our first-ever Medlock Square Fanzone before two English titans went head-to-head on the pitch.

Located in the new Medlock Square, there were plenty of activities for fans to enjoy from table tennis to cornhole to table football. 

The sea of blue shirts was a magical sight as fans and families gathered to experience the new space first-hand.  

Fans also got to adventure around the incredible food space at the Brickworks Market Hall before making their way to the Blue Carpet to help welcome the team to the Etihad. 

From fireworks to celebrations to goals galore and three important league points following a 4-2 win over the Gunners, Sunday’s matchday at Medlock Square and the Etihad did not disappoint.
