City maintained our unbeaten start to the UEFA Women’s Champions League after earning a point against Real Madrid.

Linda Caicedo opened the scoring in the first half for the Spanish side as she fired low and hard across Ayaka Yamashita into the far bottom corner.

However, Andrée Jeglertz will have been pleased to see his side bounce back in the second half, and even more delighted when his ever reliable number nine Bunny Shaw struck just after the 50th minute.

We now sit on two points from two games in the UWCL and maintain our unbeaten start across all competitions this season.
