Andrée Jeglertz is one of four managers nominated for the Barclays Women's Super League Manager of the Month award for September.

The Swede has led us to a perfect start to our WSL title defence, winning all four games so far.

We began the campaign with a 3-1 home defeat of Birmingham City thanks to Mary Fowler and a Bunny Shaw brace.

Jade Rose, Fowler, Shaw and a Mathilde Harviken own goal earned us a 4-1 win over Aston Villa before another four-goal haul against Liverpool through a Lauren Hemp double, Shaw finish and Grace Fisk own goal.

We completed a fine month’s work with a pinpoint Alex Greenwood free-kick to earn us all three points at Charlton.

Jeglertz will be up against Chelsea’s Sonia Bompastor, Spurs boss Martin Ho and London City Lionesses coach Eder Maestre.
