PREVIOUS MEETING

Our last trip to Parc des Princes came in September 2021 in the group stage of the Champions League, where goals from Idrissa Gueye and Lionel Messi secured victory for the hosts, where City struck the woodwork on two occasions.

Later on in the campaign in the reverse fixture, second half goals from Raheem Sterling and Gabriel Jesus fired City to a 2-1 victory and into the last 16 of the competition.

LAST TIME OUT

Our last Champions League game came in December 2024, where we fell to a 2-0 defeat against Juventus in Turin.

In league terms, we cruised to a Club record equalling 6-0 Premier League victory away to Ipswich Town, wit Phil Foden scoring twice, added to by goals from Mateo Kovacic, Erling Haaland, Jeremy Doku and James McAtee.

IPSWICH TOWN 0-6 CITY: MATCH REPORT

As for PSG, they secured an impressive 3-0 victory away to RB Salzburg in their last Champions League encounter.

The Parisians also won their last league fixture, scoring late through Bradley Barcola to beat Lens 2-1, with Fabian Ruiz also on the scoresheet.

AS IT STANDS

Guardiola‘s men have eight points from six matches in the league phase so far, whilst PSG have seven points from six fixtures.

The Blues are currently in place for a playoff position, whilst our opponents sit in the automatic elimination places with two fixtures left to play.
