Little Beast serves a menu of small plates built around the best British ingredients available throughout the year. Inspired by the natural rhythm of the 12 full moons, the menu evolves with the seasons, reflecting the changing produce, flavours and stories each moon brings.

The opening menu includes dishes such as roasted carrots with garlic yoghurt, spiced dukkah and chervil; Little Beast cured trout pastrami with whipped crème fraîche, sea buckthorn and Cotswold honey jam; and cod loin served with curry sauce, squash fondant, kaffir lime and fermented English lettuce.Â
For sharing, guests can choose the 500g dairy cow sirloin, served on the bone with sherry glaze, truffle and black onion butter.
Desserts include the Little Beast S’more, made with dark chocolate namelaka, bergamot, white balsamic caramel and frozen marshmallow, alongside an affogato cheesecake ice cream made with GRIND coffee.
Little Beast also offers a considered wine list and a cocktail menu featuring serves such as the Fig Negroni, Sweet Pea Royal and Pink Moon.Â
The 105-cover restaurant has been developed by Director of Restaurants Laura Montana and Development Chef Daniel Merriman, winner of MasterChef: The Professionals. Its interiors and branding were created by Manchester-based WANT Studio in collaboration with local makers and artists.
Little Beast is open Wednesday to Sunday, from 12pm to 10pm, serving lunch and dinner.
On matchdays, the restaurant will offer a seasonally changing set menu, providing a new option for supporters looking to dine before or after a game.
