Enzo Maresca may have led us to seven wins from seven at the start of his first Premier League season in charge of City, but his hunger for more is clear.
The Italian broke a Premier League record with last week’s win over Ipswich - becoming the first man ever to win his first seven Premier League games as manager of a club.
And it came as the result of hard work, including some fine results on the road at Manchester United, Liverpool and Crystal Palace.
Now, as we prepare for yet another imposing challenge in the form of Aston Villa this Saturday, we revisit the boss’ start to the campaign and his words along the way.
It’s a stirring watch that reminds you exactly what Maresca and his players are seeking to build in this new-look era of Manchester City.
