Our Blues take on the Bundesliga outfit on Wednesday 4 November, with kick-off at the Red Bull Arena set for 20:00 (UK).
City’s most recent encounters with RB Leipzig saw City run out with three successive wins, including a thrilling 7-0 victory back in 2022/2 en route to lifting the prestigious Champions League trophy.
But shortly after arriving in Germany, Foden faced the media on Tuesday evening and explained that he expects a strong attacking threat from our latest foe.
“I’ve not watched a lot of them this season, but in the past I played them quite a few times,” began Foden.
“Normally they’re a very good attacking team, on the counter as well.
“They are probably the things we have to look out for, how well they attack and score goals and create. So something to be careful for.”
