Enzo Maresca says he is delighted by Elliot Anderson’s impact so far.
The former Nottingham Forest star was voted the man of the match after an industrious and impressive display in the 1-0 win over Coventry at the Etihad.
The City boss says Anderson’s desire to continually better himself and improve his game particularly pleased him.
“Really impressed. Not just today, he was very good against Palace, and he was also very good against Bournemouth,” said Maresca.
“The best thing about Elliot is the day by day, he’s asking how he can learn and he wants to be better.
“We are showing him videos. On the ball, off the ball, different kinds of things.”
